Don't expect too much from such a small solar panel. If you can try to get your hands on something 20w to 50w at least. Like the anker solix.
They are plug and play for usb power and fit in your backpack and give decent results.

But if you just watch some guides on how to do basic dressing, bandaging and how to treat the most important kinds of wounds (burn, cut, etc.) that won't take long and give you lots in return already.
Just be sure to practice it at least once or twice.
I also agree with the other anon that depending on your situation a bike could come in very handy, as does basic food preservation.
My personal advice would be to look into sprouting: it's not gourmet shit but all you need is a bunch of seeds, which are easy to store, access to water and a few suitable jars and you'll be able to make daily fresh vegetables and nutrients for a very long time even under terrible conditions.
