>>1339239>>1339242This is actually a really good question. We usually pick them around a foot long. This year we kept a few to keep seeds from. We tried to let the stem harden but the plant was pretty much rotting at that point. It was 6.6lbs, we skinned it, took the seeds and cut it up. Roasted it with olive oil and salt in the over, was FUCKING FANTASTIC. Tasted like a mix between spaghetti squash and sweet potato.
