>>594507I don't think you will have enough compost to worry about spontaneous combustion. At a minimum, a compost pile supposedly needs to be at least 4x4x4 to retain enough heat to even efficiently retain enough heat for composting. You can also buy thermometers to make sure compost temperature is in the right range.
