>>2308314Oh, as for which canvas, The duck canvas I usually use for the outer layer of a piece of gear. I use homemade Greenland Wax if I am doing a waxed canvas. But I'm also a huge fan of a dry bag if I'm actually camping/canoeing, so bcuz I can just snag the giant dry bag up and out, and I can still use the backpack.
