I have a pair that nest down in my Creek every year.
One afternoon I watched the pair land in an oak tree by the porch, one of them grabbed an anole and then they both flew back to the creek.
Thought it was pretty cool how they're always together, even when hunting.
And yes, they all have red eyes.
