the sheer volume of casuals that have hit Snowdonia is an all time high, in like 30 years I've never seen it like this, despite the lock down malarkey. At one point there were over 500 cars ticketed for parking from Pen Y Pas right down to the carpark overlooking Nant Gwynant and a over a hundred cars towed from the A5 along Llyn Ogen, it's have been more if they had more tow trucks and the time to get them back to the holding yard wasn't about an hour each trip, they were running 12 hour days.
Thanks to fucking Facebook even the more remote and hidden away gems are now rammed here fucking camper vans and convoy family trips. trying to drive around Llyn Efyrnwy is over an hour trying to fight though the traffic
