They seem like the most space efficient animal, producing wool, milk and meat and taking up less space than a cow. I've never had ewe's milk or eaten a sheep before, but I'd imagine it interesting to try. And trying cheese making sounds interesting. Ricotta and Feta is made from sheeps milk right?
