Anyone have any experience dealing with African plants? I have some raised beds and have done peas, corn, etc but my uncle just died of a heart attack and since I’m the only one who likes plants I’ve inherited these cactuses and I think succulents? The cactus are fine, knew they would thrive on neglect but the two in the front don’t seem to be doing well no matter what I try. Right now I have a red/blue UV light and it’s indoor since I’m in the northeast.
Found out they are Dracaena Cinnabari and Operculicarya Decaryi, from islands by Africa from what I gather. I water them once about every week and a half, and I thought I did the soil decently but the red leaves on the Oper mean it’s unhappy about something and the Drac seems to be slowly getting more yellow. Any advice would be appreciated.
