>>2028226That's a decent idea, but then you're creating drag and making the engine work harder, right? So ultimately the "fuel" was the gas. If you're going to sap off of your engine, why not do it directly with a hybrid or something?
The main advantage I'd see is using them when sitting still. Some helicals could generate decent power and they don't have to orient or anything.
