One end is located on military base/location, other near a railway station. The tunnel is also connected to a guarded government-owned mountain complex via this red hatch. Rumors say it's some sort of monitoring station. All I know is that they have shitloads of fiber cables going in and out, and a pretty serious cooling system with shitloads of sea-water.
