Nikon D5100, I've got it on a quick release on my shoulder strap and i honestly don't notice it 90% of the time. Keep a short lens on it while hiking then a telephoto in my hip pocket. Camera, 2 batteries, 2 lenses, small tripod comes in just over 1kg. It's a bit of weight but i've got a fairly light base weight so even with that my packs not too heavy
