>>1151940Modern man doesn't really notice animal noises, due to urbanization and the fact we spend most time at night asleep. Personally, I've noticed a lot of deer, foxes and maybe mice and hedgehogs that made noises when I was sleeping outside, with foxes outright yelling when I was in their territory, lol. I actually had to look up what that noise was, because I never heard it before.
As for advanced life from other planets, they don't make sounds. Their means of transportation is practically silent, but leaves other traces, such as irradiated fields on the ground with stunted vegetation for decades.
