>>2788664I'm responding late but when I use jigs for flounder on a relatively smooth bottomed area, not sure what the seafloor is like near your breakwater. I cast pretty far and jig it back slowly. Fish usually hit it on the fall. I drew a picture because I'm drinking early and dont know if I'd be able to explain properly.
