It would be a low power displacement cruiser. 20 feet long. 4 to 8hp outboard. Extremely simple. No brightwork to worry about. Long range. You won't get anywhere fast, but it'll be seaworthy, cheap to operate, fuel efficient, and you could afford to own it.
But that doesn't really exist. There are a bunch of boat plans that would work, but no one has ever actually marketed a low power displacement cruiser like this.
