One of my favourites was in Namche where I stayed at the lodge my guide owned and his wife made an incredible Sherpa Stew, gave me all the fuel I needed for the next few days.
My least favourite was probably a potato dish that was a little flavourless in Laboche, near the monuments for the dead climbers.
