I have a few Norton whetstones which I got for straight razor shaving, but couldn't master the sharpening.
Now I'm into sushi. I got a cheap knife that was crazy sharp and I want to bring it back to its former glory. I'm just freehanding it and fear that's an issue. I've watched YouTube videos and haven't gained any knowledge yet.
