>>2812823about 2 years ago i had some pepper seedlings i got from an amish farm, they did great, but winter always comes
i decided to take the best one in the night of the freeze, and so i did, with all the others having died that night
we realized the bathroom was the perfect place for the pepper plant, since it had 4 lights above the mirror, would get warm via hot showers, and was protected from the dreaded house cat
we replaced the regular bulbs with grow bulbs, not that it is easy to tell, and gave it it's own table, i also eventually put a pole up & tied a limb to it, in hopes it would grow more vertically
it doesn't exactly look like its in the best of health, but its always producing peppers & new leaves, so i'm doing something right
i think the only reason its survived this long are the 4 lights, and the hot showers i take
the lights appear to be the bare minimum it can handle without dying, and the showers bring humidity that seems to keep the soil from completely drying
