For long term storage, only use those with an A rating. I don't know how it is there but plastic containers are always imprinted with their composition, pic related.
But even better would be to use whichever glass containers you can find.
Modern gasoline should last months without going bad, but it doesn't help to add a little bit of fuel stabilizer if you can find it.
Also, needless to say, it is a light distillate, and so will have a high vapor pressure. Containers should be air tight and away from heat sources.
