>>532571I've seen these at the Army Barracks quite a few times over the years. They're always used but also they seem to be of questionnable quality. Like, they look like milit'ry issue but the locking collar is always either plastic or alumin(i)um and not steel like the rest of it. I've had cheep store-bought shovels like that break every time so idunno. Also they're always pretty beat-up and cost like $40.
