First time growing shrooms. Bought the mycotown growtub thinking that was the simplest way, but turns out in the instructions it says I need perlite and vermiculite and a seperate bigger grow bag. Do I qctually need all this shit or is there another way? Everyone seems to make mushroom growing so complicated but I've seen some people on youtube just grow stuff straight from their first bag with out all the faff of moving things to seperate tubs and butting airholes in and shit.
Just to be clear, I have psylocibin spores in the same household as this growing kit so advice on the requirements to grow cubes, so that I can advoid that and thus avoid breaking the law, would be helpful.
