So im going for 7 day winter hiking expedition, and im thinking about my food supplys.
Im thinking taking my army MRE's which contains about 2200 kcal each- contains 1 canned food, bread, snacks etc. One pack is for 1 meal, but what are other good options i could bring instead?
Cuz 3 meals per day- 7x3= 21 pack would be heavy as fuck and my ruck would be full and there wouldnt be much space for others things and booze.
What food do u bring for long hikes? What do you advise me to take instead?
