that blames the West for all the world's ills, you'd know that the loss of habitat and
near-extinction of African wildlife didn't happen until the post-colonial period after
WWII, when most hunting was banned as "racist" and the wildlife preserves were
broken up and thrown open to the native Africans to do whatever the fuck they
wanted and there was no longer any money to pay park rangers.
A starving African doesn't give two shits about the environment, when he can get
$50 for a rhino horn (that sells for thousands of dollars in Shanghai or Dubai) to
help feed his family of a dozen squalling kids (with more on the way...).
The West invented the concept of conservation / environmentalism and it's been
always been hunters who have pushed hardest to preserve the /out/doors.
If it had been left up to the niggers, ay-rabs and gooks, they would have stripped
