>>1124797I worked at an outdoor ed company as an intern this past summer. I'm a dude, and there were two other dudes I worked with, then three chicks. Here's the breakdown:
>Me: Got shit done, followed instructions to a fucking T, overheard my boss say that Girl 1 and I were the best employees at the company and they were crossing their fingers that we'd be back next year. >Guy 2: Somewhat reliable, mediocre listener but a great person and a hard worker. Could be pretty annoying at times. >Guy three, total fucking sperg, horrible listener, unreliable, only worked hard on the things he liked and did horribly at team projects>Girl 1: Most reliable coworker I had, knew just as much /out/ shit as I did, stronger than a lot of dudes working there, someone I'd prefer to work with and trust difficult jobs to over anyone else>Girl 2: Cutesy girly girl trying to be a tough /out/ist. Physically weaker but a hard worker, got stronger and better as the season went>Girl 3: Lazy useless cunt, dumb as a fucking rock and a complete asshole who everyone hated. Honestly with /out/ folks in general the girls tend to bitch a little bit more and be weaker, but once in a while you find that stellar lady who can actually pull her weight. I met a few this past summer who I definitely enjoyed doing /out/ shit with, and others I'd avoid like the goddamn plague. Working with other men is always easier since we tend to think more along the same lines, but /out/ girls can be alright. They're also the only types of women I can actually stand dating.
Pic related sums up what it's like working with most women. That being said, it's a little bit better working with /out/istic women.
