Can someone who understands restate explain to me why owning land is so expensive in canada as opposed to the states?
Been looking for some raw rural land in western Canada, anything I can afford would constitute a small plot. Yet a few hours south in Montana, Washington and Idaho, I can get up to 10 times the amount of land for my money. How does this make any sense when we have a fraction the population and far more empty space?
