but only if it cools down / dries out at night so I can sleep comfortably, otherwise it's just not fun.
And we have to remember that we're primarily camping in the woods, where there's even less of a breeze.
As far as AC? If you got to have AC, get a camper and if you can't afford a camper, consider only camping
in the spring and fall, when it's cooler.
Several years back, I camped out on the Au Sable in early October during "Indian Summer" and it was
prefect conditions for being out in the woods; cool enough that the leafs were changing (which was nice)
but still warm enough in the day for t-shirt and shorts, while at night it was nice and crispy cool, making
snuggling up in a sleeping bag all the more fun.
