Bought the MSR Freelight 2 this summer. Been to the Porcupine Mtns, canoe trip and parties with my girlfriend and it is comfortable for the two of us. I'm 5'11" 155lbs and she's like 5'5", skinny and we have room for a bag, the other stays under the rain fly but there's space for two bags under the rain fly (there's two doors and space under the rain fly at each door). It's faster to get up and down than my hammock+rainfly and lighter but takes slightly more room and requires a sleeping pad. I think it's a great 2p tent and I don't need trees and can set up in a field without the rain fly or trees, great for stargazing or watching a meteor shower.
