Do you insist on shooting off the shelf or are you open to using a "leaf style" rest which is lost in translation, like a flappy pin that sticks out of the hole. The fletchings on your arrow are hitting your riser and making it wobble to either side. Spine weights don't fix that shit, it's the physical hitting of the arrow against the bow that's making the arrow flex and you won't fix it without using an arrow rest to make the fletchings clear the riser
