>>2188627Sudden change of plans. Decided to harvest them now. I noticed some scrape-like scarring on one of the pumpkins (first row, third pumpkin), like something was attempting to dig in there. I wouldn't be surprised if something was, considering they're ripe now, and these pests KNOW. Absolutely did not want to chance it and end up with dug into rotten mush. Oh well.
Just finished washing and curing them. The next batch of 8 should be harvested by the end of the month, no later than second week of Sept. Maybe get a better shot of them all together then.
