>>192308they are all over the sw us. wiki says different varieties are all over western north america. they seem to always be feeding on milkweed flowers when I see them. they are actually pretty docile but are huge and have a terrible sting. im pretty sure you could just scoop one into a jar or whatever if you wanted.
