If I would keep harvesting slips off my intial 10g and my main plant, I'm sure I could have busted out 10 or more buckets.
If I let it grow for another month I'm sure i would have hit 800g per bucket at least(the only reason I harvested them ealier is because I don't have a special closet for curing the potatoes and wanted to use the warm weather to help out)
So in total if I was going for max yield and space/buckets weren't a limiting factor, I would have gotten 800g+ x10-20 at least.
If you think 73.8x times return on investment is good, wait till you see 800-1600x return.
