I have a fenced off tree farm to keep the deer browsing away from my pine saplings. To maintain the trails I use a 55hp new holland tractor with a 60" king kutter attachment. To the person who asked about easements, yes I have one old man from down the road on one of the lakes that has a 100 acres of hunting land behind my property and a jackass who fucked up my trails who now has to go all the way around since it was just a gentleman agreement I did for the guy.
