I see a lot of folks in the SoCal area posting in this thread. Maybe you can help me with something. I want to do some dispersed camping, but the
fs.usda.gov website is terrible with their information. A 'visitor permit' is required for dispersed camping, and a link to the visitor permit application is offered... but the geniuses who created the website don't specify where or to whom the permit should be sent to for validation.
Anyone able to clarify on this?
