Lots of tourists come by and misinterpret the law every year. Had to shoo off some germans picking apples in my neighbor's garden last year, not the first time. Half the time they start to claim "allemansrätt", and I still don't understand what logic made them think that they would be more knowledgeable about a cultural cornerstone law than a local land owner.
