I hiked around 200 days each in 2016/17/18 and 19 (had to stop because of an injury) and found that ultralight stuff is generally flimsy and fails after 100 days or less if you have maybe 10 or more kg to haul.
I ended up with a generic Deuter 65l pack that survived about 600 days of hiking.
As for tents, the MSR Hubba NX is good for 200 nights, first thing to go wrong is the zipper. Best to have two tensts, one that can be sent in for repair, one for use.
For sleeping mats i started with foldable foam mats, but those get compressed after maybe 50 nights. Replaced with Thermarest Xlite, you need again two, one to send in for repair/replacement, one for use. They are good for maybe 150 to 250 nights, then they delaminate.
But that isn't the problem. The problem was to get shoes. I make between 20 and 35km a day and usually shoes survive that for maybe 35 to 20 days. Ended up ordering 10 pairs of Merrel Moab to my parents so they could me overnight a pair every now and then.
