If you grow broadleaf plantain indoors, the leaves get fucking HUGE, like more than 8 cm (3 in) wide in some cases. And this is even in a fully root-bound solo cup.
I've also saved purslane seeds and they're the only weed I allow to grow in my pepper containers outside (pic related) since I eat them anyway.
