Depending on where you are, a snow cave could be considered. If not, then just look into how to build different shelters and don't forget a decent sleeping bag and a mat that separates your sleeping bag from the ground.

There are so many out there, and different depending on where you live. It's preferable to get some that go above your ancles and are water resistant and have some insulation. Wool socks in addition to that is master race.
