Yellowstone isn't the worst either, the Grand Canyon village feels like a ski resort town, there's a pretty good sized a K-12 school.
While the majority of people in these parks don't venture more than 100 yards off the road, there's still a lot of people who wonder a mile off the trails. They the NPS has whole crews that will walk around picking up trash in places you wouldn't expect many people to go.
