You provide people land and protection, and they give you food and other products, which you use to pay the guys who do the protecting. It requires some degree of consent from both sides; "your" peasants could just as easily say "lol this fag doesn't even know how to farm, he'd starve without us" and they'd be right and that'd be the end of you. I don't think you could create a feudal society right off the back of a boogaloo.
Honestly the autism bunker is way more reasonable, though I'm not quite sure that you'd have a sustainable way to make food. Maybe a lot of LED grow lamps if you make enough power, but those aren't exactly a renewable resource. You'd have to go to the surface to farm to some extent in the long term.
I think your conundrum underlines just how little wealth will insulate the ruling class in a true SHTF scenario. Once your money becomes worthless, you're just a guy, and probably a sorta entitled and self-absorbed guy because money does that to most people.
