you need to own the land to do what you dream of, you can always buildt a small hideout somewhere under a rock that will never be discovered, anything that see daily use and farming will be found within a year. good thing is rural land and cabins can be found for cheap like sub 50k €.
i honestly got no faith that some shitposter will survive a winter here just like that, and i cannot understand why you want to try? atleast norway is extremely decentralized, you can actually find a well paid job in rural areas and there are services like groceries and gas stations in most shitholes. i get it a daily job is what you might want to avoid, but there is always seasonal jobs or farmers who want their barn painted.
personally i like having my steady job, a small shithole to sleep in the city and this as a hideout where i escape from people as often as i can. its only a 1h drive so i could drive from here if i wanted.
