Another wine experiment from a few days ago, this time white gooseberry and red currant (4:1 mix).
Only 1 kg of sugar, I'm going for light wine this time.
I still need to add about 3 liters of water to this but I'm waiting initial fermentation out this time, I don't want it to bubble out.
I'll remove dry mass and add water tomorrow since it's not bubbling.
Haskap wine I made in June turned out way too sour for my taste although some of male (and only male) relatives liked it.
I diluted it a bit more and it's imo better but still sour.

What is stopping you from growing garlic in pots?
