I don't have any bags for transporting a deer and I just found out you have to take the deer to a check in station and IDK if that means I can't field dress it. But I have everything else I'd need, but yeah hunting on public land is a whole different game than hunting on private land. I'm just wondering where would be the best place to hunt? Along the lake? Up north away from where most people would be?
