The compass works very well, and I rarely have to reset the barometer or the thermometer. It also comes with a bunch of alarms, a solar face to prolong battery life, sunrise/sunset prediction based on your latitude and longitude, recording functions for the altimeter and some other shit, and a bunch of other neat features, all while not being nearly as gaudy as a G-Shock.
