I look at a monitor 99% of a year and ended up doing a 10h mostly nonstop trek knowing jack about /out/ and without precautions. Everything seems fine except my toenails were a bit long I suppose, and two of my nails got tugged up. They look like blister fluid is under them a day later and have puffed pointing the nail up, no idea if the fluid was apparent before. I felt a slight pinch or two around the area where skin sits above the nail during the last 30min of the trek with my feet already drowned out by soreness. So uh, will this just "depuff" like a heel blister? Feels similar to a mostly painless heel blister. Will be going on a similar trek about two weeks from now.
