shes pretty good on the trails. she can cross streams and do some scrambles. her endurance is not amazing (6-7 miles on nature walk trails is about her limit) but she is a trooper. outside of the trails shes a big fan of kayaking and ORV/OHV.
if i'm looking for some rewarding low impact day hikes and quality kayaking or OR Drive-- would you guys recommend a trip to banff or the utah/col trip?
