I fished off the docks growing up and caught *hundreds* of those little guys. I ate my fair share of them too, but I always kind of figured it was me being a kid that enjoyed it so much. Like it was something a parent told a kid to do to keep them entertained, but y'all's talking about best bluegill lures and what-not.
BTW, I don't know if I ever caught one with anything but bread.
