Bean "Nor'easter Commuter" coat, (pic related) which has a GoreTex outer and (IIRC?) integral down filling. It was a bit cheaper then the "Maine Warden's" coat but still kinda pricy and as the nearest L.L.Bean store to me is Chicago (and I'm in Detroit...) I never got either.
I'm still using my Cabela's "Three-Season" jacket for winter, which is just a fleece lined lightly insulated nylon jacket that I've blasted with 3M Scotch Guard to give it some rain / melting snow resistance and which I supplement with a $20 Polartech fleece vest if the weather is exceptionally cold.
