When the Class A breaks (they do, a lot) then you're homeless until it's fixed. $175 an hour labor rate at the last place I was. If it's newer (at $150k it probably is) it has a diesel and an emissions system that will break and it will be expensive to fix and unreliable. The depreciation is awful.
The cabin and land will hold its value if maintained. For $150k you can buy enough land to avoid close neighbors. The land can sustain you in a shtf situation. Often, you can make a side income off the land or house in several ways, depending on your interests. You can hand down the homestead to your decendants.
