Like op, i know /out/ hates tacticool, but I have worn military boots since my foot was big enough to fit in them. Also, i'm sure i will get hell for having a side-zip, but i prefer it.
All in all, pretty much just like Ops, from what i can tell so far.
Ive only had these about a month. Holding up pretty well.
Usually get Bates but their soles wear out like nothing. So i tried another brand similar to bates, i think it was Thinsulate, ripped a huge hole in the side after 3 weeks, wore them for another 4 months because broke, plus it was summer so it didn't bother me too bad. So far im pleased with these. Should have gotten a half size smaller though.
