What I can tell you is that you can easily build your own with premium materials for about $20,000-$40,000 because you're doing the work yourself. I've heard of people having homes built for them with the total cost being anywhere from $40,000 to $120,000+ and anything about $75,000 seems ( to me ) to defeat the purpose of owning a tiny home in the first place.
