Know of any other interesting mines in the county that are worth a visit?
Pic related was the entrance to the Golden Gem mine a few years back. There's since been a fire in the area that's burnt away the major foliage. I don't know the status of the mine itself. Last I checked, the entrance was partially collapsed but it opened up further in.
